Tucked away on a gorgeous street in Charlottenburg, dwells the stunning upscale Italian restaurant MINE|WINE right next to the Henri Hotel. Between the bold pops of color, dazzling tiled floor, light installations, and overflowing flower arrangements, it’s hard to not simply be in awe of the place. The eclectic setting sets the tone for its clever gastro spin of blending traditional Italian with a mix of modern European. The restaurant originates from the Russian star chef Aram Mnatsakanov and has a team of brilliant young chefs. They offer an array of inventive salads and starters from a “Red shrimp ceviche with spicy daikon and ginger ice cream” to a '“Smoked salmon with avocado, edamame, mixed green salad and mango granité”- all representing a wild assortment of textures and flavors combined to perfection. The pasta list is beyond impressive including tortelli with burrata and truffle or the fresh homemade tagliatelle with tender rabbit ragout (cooked for 12 hours!) For the main courses there isn’t a shortage of options either from fish, to rabbit and lamb, or steak by the gram. You even get to see the Ribeye before it’s grilled in the Green Egg. Finish your meal with an aperiti and a cheese plate or one of their legendary desserts. Next to the restaurant is their aperitif bar WINE where you can see their biodynamic wine from the gorgeous cellar and enjoy a glass. To make a reservation: Click Here.
